If you have concerns regarding your service, we kindly ask that you notify us within 10 days of your appointment. We are pleased to offer a complimentary service adjustment when needed to ensure your results align with the original consultation and service plan.

Adjustments must be performed by a K. Rae Salon & Spa team member.

An in-person consultation may be required before scheduling a corrective service so we can properly assess your concerns and determine the best course of action.

Service Refund Policy

Because every salon service is customized, requires reserved appointment time, and cannot be returned once completed, K. Rae Salon & Spa does not offer refunds on services rendered.

We believe the best resolution is to personally evaluate any concerns and provide our guests with the opportunity for a professional adjustment. Our goal is never simply to complete a service it is to ensure you feel confident in your results.

Hair Extensions

Hair extensions are custom-ordered specifically for each guest and are considered a final sale. If you have concerns regarding the installation or application of your extensions, please notify us within 10 days so our team can evaluate and make any necessary adjustments. Manufacturer defects will be handled in accordance with the manufacturer’s warranty.

Retail Products

Unopened retail products may be exchanged or returned within 30 days with proof of purchase.
